How Does Our Shipping Work?
We offer nationwide tracked shipping all over South Africa and deliver directly to your door
Our shipping process is as follows:
1. Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will then start processing your order.
2. Processing + Shipping
Once we receive your order, we will start to process it, and get it ready for shipping.
We use Aramex when delivering your parcel. Please allow 12 hours for your tracking number to activate and show movement once you receive it via email.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order.
Once an order is received on our side, it will be delivered to you within 2 to 14 business days depending on the amount of orders we have.
3. Delivery
You can follow when your order is ready for delivery by checking the detailed information about delivery times and dates by referring to the tracking number you received via email.

Thank you for choosing Zulu Essence . Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the correct order is send out .
We only accept refunds or exchanges if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order , please provide an unboxing video ( required ) and include clear photos of the product and packaging exactly as you received it.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase as a refund will not be given in cases where the correct item has been sent out . If you have any questions or need assistance with product selection, please reach out to our customer service team before completing your order.
For any incorrect or defective product , we urge you to please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
